Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Mans Health ("we", "us") collects through the Ironlock website, quiz and program, why we collect it and what choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Quiz answers, including sensitive health information about your sexual health, habits and lifestyle. We only process these after you give explicit consent in the quiz.
- Contact data: your email address.
- Purchase data: the plan you bought, amounts and dates. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: device and browser type, pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you to us (UTM parameters), and cookies or similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.
2. How we use it
- To build and deliver your personal training plan and send your results.
- To process payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
- To send service emails (receipts, reminders, account updates) and, if you do not opt out, occasional emails about the program. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. Legal bases
We process health data based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Other data is processed to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, or for our legitimate interest in running and improving the Service. These bases apply under Brazil's LGPD, the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we never share your quiz answers with advertisers. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that protect it:
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Website hosting (Netlify)
- Email delivery and customer support tools
- Advertising and analytics (Meta). The Meta Pixel receives technical data and events such as "started quiz", "lead" and "checkout", but not your quiz answers.
We may also disclose data when required by law.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Brazil. When that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 5 years after, as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Quiz answers from people who never buy are deleted within 12 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, withdraw consent, object to processing, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email jotapedroliveiraa@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. US residents: this includes rights under applicable state consumer health data and privacy laws.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to remember your quiz progress and offer timer, and pixels to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the quiz will still work.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to personal data to people who need it. No system is 100% secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a breach when the law requires it.
10. Children
The Service is only for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If the changes are material, we will also notify you by email.
