Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ironlock website, quiz, training program and related services (the "Service"), operated by Mans Health ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.
Health notice. Ironlock is a fitness and educational program based on pelvic floor exercises. It is not medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. Results vary from person to person. Erection problems can be a sign of heart disease, diabetes or other conditions. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, and do not stop or change any medication without medical advice.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.
2. The quiz and your results
The quiz, the "Blood Lock Score" and any timelines or projections are estimates based on your own answers. They are for motivation and planning only and are not a medical assessment.
3. Plans, auto-renewal and cancellation
- Introductory price and renewal. Each plan is charged at the price shown at checkout for the first period (7, 28 or 84 days). Unless you cancel, it then renews automatically at the renewal price shown next to the buy button and on the checkout page, for the same period length, until you cancel.
- Authorization. By buying a plan you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method for the first period and for each renewal.
- How to cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing jotapedroliveiraa@gmail.com or through the billing link in your purchase email. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- One-time add-ons (such as The Emergency Protocol) are charged once and do not renew.
- Price changes. We will email you at least 7 days before any change to your renewal price takes effect.
4. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Using the program safely
Follow the instructions, start at the level given to you and stop any exercise that causes pain, and seek medical advice if it continues. You are responsible for deciding whether the program is suitable for you.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Service (videos, text, graphics, programs and the Ironlock name and logo) belongs to Mans Health or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it while your plan is active. You may not copy, resell, share your account or redistribute the content.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise any specific result, and results depend on your health, starting point and consistency. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mans Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
